This was one of the few places in Feodosia, to which I went purposely, after all such monument – is almost the only one in Russia (yes and that is delivered in Ukraine).
If you don't search specifically, you will never see this monument. The condition is good. Good and with flowers. Near the viewing area. 2 meters from the monument are residential houses.
