Very artistic museum, my husband and I love it. Worth going
Napoleon's uncle built the Musée Fesch Fisch Museum. It has a large collection of 14th to 19th century Italian art. In particular, the religious paintings of the former Renaissance and Renaissance masters Titian, Botticelli, Raphael and Bellini were all treasures of the world. Most were loot looted by Napoleon during his war in Europe. Open hours: Mondays July and August 14:00-18:00, Tuesdays to Thursdays 9:30-18:00, Fridays 14:00-21:30, Saturdays and Sundays 10:30-18:00, April to June and September Tuesdays to Sundays 9:30-12:00, 14:00-18:00, October to March Tuesdays to Fridays and Sundays 9:30-12:00, 2:00-18:00. Tickets adults 5.35, students 3.8. 5 minutes walk from the train station.
Most of the collection is Renaissance art, and many are loot brought back by Napoleon.
