Trip to Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰
On our first day, we were exploring the history district. We started our day with a visit to Nyhavn, a picturesque canal lined with colorful buildings. We also visited the Rosenborg Castle, a beautiful Renaissance castle surrounded by gardens.
Rosenborg Castle
📍Øster Voldgade 4A, 1350 København, Denmark.
We also try out Restaurant Schønnemann. It was recommended by my friend. The restaurant is known for its traditional Danish cuisine. I would recommend you to try out their Smørrebrød (open-faced sandwiches) 🥪 That was my favorite item out of all the we tried! And the price was considered reasonable.
We also visited the Black Diamond (Det Kongelige Bibliotek), an iconic modern library with striking architecture. I would also recommend you to explore the National Museum of Denmark that showcasing Danish history and culture. I find it very interesting and worth to visit.

📍 Ny Vestergade 10, 1471 København K, Denmark.
Just to recommend another restaurant that we tried at Noma, one of the world's top restaurants that is known for its innovative Nordic cuisine. We tried the tasting menu and were amazed by the quality and taste of the food 💯

📍Refshalevej 96, 1432 København K, Denmark.
We also spent some times to take a bike ride along the waterfront at the Islands Brygge Harbour Bath, where we were given chance to swim in the clean harbor waters, but we didn’t as we forgot to bring extra clothes.
📍Islands Brygge 14, 2300 København S, Denmark.
We also visited Torvehallerne, a vibrant food market offering a wide range of local produce and delicacies. We definitely love the vibes and food from the market. Worth to visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Precious & Jussive | Travel Conrad Centennial Singapore
Centennial King Suite Review
Address - 2 Temasek Boulevard, Singapore, 038982, Singapore
Ambiance/Facilities - A luxury hotel that still shines despite its age, showing off the old-money luxury that withstood the test of time.
Highlights - Great breakfast, fantastic executive lounge, and one of the best hotel staffs out there.
Additional Comments - With the hotel renovation being completed back in 2018, all the rooms in the hotel are now sporting the aesthetic of modern contemporary design. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, and a great view out the window adds up to the already high satisfaction.
Breakfast spread is fantastic, with a personal favourite being the Singapore Carrot Cake (I think their version of carrot cake suits my palate the best). The executive lounge is simply top notch, offering snacks and drinks throughout the day, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Foods served during my stay are impeccable.
The reason this hotel still ranks the first for me is mainly the superb service and the hotel staffs. From the receptionist to the lounge staffs to the staffs at breakfast, all of them are nothing less than impressive and wonderful. The day I checked in, Singapore was raining cats and dogs, and I was feeling a bit sick from the rain. When I went up to the lounge after checking in, I asked for a hot tea to warm myself up and had some small talk with the staff. When I returned for the evening cocktail at the lounge, despite the jam-packed situation, the same staff came up to me to ask for my condition and whether I was feeling better or not. This level of attention is truly what sets this hotel apart from other hotels.
Avg. price per night - 5400k IDR (455 SGD)
Rating - 100/5. Perfect. As of April 2024, this is still THE BEST HOTEL I’ve stayed at.

Waldorf Astoria Bangkok
Deluxe Suite Review
Address - 151 Ratchadamri Road, Lumpini, Bangkok, 10330, Thailand
Ambiance/Facilities - A blend of Luxury and Traditional Thai Architecture scattered throughout the hotel with all the amenities you would expect available at the property
Highlights - Stunningly decorated hotel, blending modern design with local architecture. The iconic infinity pool overlooking the city offers a serene oasis in the midst of the concrete jungle around it, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a moment of tranquility.
Additional Comments - For this stay, the room I’m staying at is the Deluxe Suite. Despite the name, the room itself resembles more of a junior suite, given the layout of the room which does not have a separate area for the living room (the living area are in the same room as the bed). The decor is simply gorgeous, a blend of modernity and local architecture that pleases the eyes.
The most picture-worthy spot in the entire property would have to go to the infinity pool located at the top of the hotel (not the top of the building though, since the hotel occupies the lower floors of the building).
The breakfast was top notch, with the spread offering an array of international and local delicacies. Shoutout the the staff at breakfast for being extra nice and making the breakfast experience very memorable.
The receptionist was a very nice gentlemen and the check in process was swift. Overall, the staffs are all very nice and efficient in handling any requests, making the stay delightful.

Walking through this open-air museum feels like stepping back in time, with each corner unveiling new stories and insights into Thailand's past.

Trip to Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺
When we first reached Melbourne, we started our day with a leisurely stroll through Melbourne's laneways, known for their vibrant street art, charming cafes, and eclectic shops. We started from Hosier Lane and explored around laneways like AC/DC Lane and Degraves Street.
📍Federation Square, Melbourne VIC 3000,
We also visited the iconic Queen Victoria Market, one of the largest open-air markets in the Southern Hemisphere. There were many stalls selling fresh produce, gourmet foods, clothing, souvenirs, and more. The market is definitely worth to visit 💯
Queen Victoria Market
📍Queen St, Melbourne VIC 3000.
We also experienced Melbourne's cultural scene by attending a performance at one of its renowned theaters, such as the Melbourne Recital Centre and Arts Centre Melbourne. Do checked out their schedules for concerts, plays, or dance performances to prevent disappointment 🤣
Besides, we also took a scenic stroll along the Yarra River, starting at Southbank Promenade and crossing the pedestrian bridges for panoramic views of the city skyline. We accessed the Southbank Promenade from along the river and we also visited the most famous Brighton Beach to see the iconic Brighton Bathing Boxes, a row of colorful wooden huts lining the shore. We enjoy a very relaxing afternoon on the beach and took a swim in the refreshing waters of Port Phillip Bay.
📍Brighton Beach is located in the suburb of Brighton, accessible by train from Melbourne's city center
I would also recommend you to try my favourite restaurant, Cumulus Inc. It is a popular dining spot located in Melbourne's central business district that has a contemporary Australian menu with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. This restaurant has relaxed atmosphere, stylish decor, and excellent service 🙌🙌 Prices vary depending on the menu items and drinks chosen, but we spent around $50-$70 AUD per person for a meal. The food was all very delicious and definitely worth to try out!

Trip to Faro, Portugal 🇵🇹
It was a trip to Faro, Portugal 🇵🇹 I have been to many places in Portugal but this is my first time to Faro.
On the first day, we visited Faro's historic center, starting with Faro Cathedral. The building and surrounding was very beautiful and worth to visit.
Sé Catedral de Faro
📍Largo da Sé, 8000-138 Faro, Portugal.
We also explored the very famous Arco da Vila (Town Arch) which once served as the entrance to the city. We also stroll along the Ria Formosa, a coastal lagoon that has shaped Faro's history.

The view was beautiful and definitely worth to visit.
We also headed to Praia de Faro, the main beach in Faro, and spent the morning soaking up the sun and swimming in the clear waters. We explored the rugged coastline of the Algarve region by taking a guided tour along the scenic EN125 coastal road. We also stopped at viewpoints like Ponta da Piedade near Lagos for breathtaking vistas 😍😍😍
We also explored picturesque villages like São Brás de Alportel and discovered hidden gems nestled among the rolling countryside. We visited the Algarve's highest point, Foia, near the town of Monchique, for panoramic views of the region. Fortunately, it was a clear day, and we were able to see all the way to the coastline.
We then returned to Faro and unwind with a leisurely stroll through the Jardim Manuel Bivar, a lovely park in the city center overlooking the marina. On the last day, we headed to back Lisbon and ended our trip.

A day trip to Halong Bay - Vietnam
My first experience cruising from Hanoi to Halong Bay was extraordinary. As a solo traveler, I chose a day trip, and I enjoyed it a lot. The food served on the cruise is delicious. I felt Halong Bay’s breeze while mesmerized by the beauty of inhabited and unoccupied islands at the bay. It’s truly unique. No wonder it has become a UNESCO World Heritage site. When the cruise arrived at Halong, I joined a little hike to Surprising Cave, then continued experiencing bamboo boats and swimming. On the way back to Hanoi, the sunset is stunning. My camera could not catch it perfectly, but my eyes did!

It was a winter trip to Finland with friends and we just love it. As soon as we reached Helsinki airport, we checked visited Market Square for our lunch. Most of the food that we've ordered were good especially salmon and caviar!
We then visited the most famous Helsinki Catheral. It is a distinctive landmark in the Helsinki city. They opened from 9am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday. We reached there around 2pm and it was kinda packed with tourist. We checked with the lady working there and was told that early morning around 9am would have lesser people. If you are here for good pictures, you may take this into consideration.

Trip to Norway 🇳🇴
It was a vacation with family to Norway. Just to share some of the places and restaurants that I’ve visited and enjoyed the most. Norway was truly a beautiful country. We were in a group of 4 and we visited many places.
One of our most favorite place to visit was Mount Floyen. We took the Fløibanen funicular up all the way to the top and walk to central Bergen. It is definitely worth to go up to the top as you can see very amazing view 💯 If you were given a chance, do remember to pick the front seat so that you can capture best pictures without having people blocking in the front 🤣 They opened from 8am to 11pm everyday. Instead of buying the ticket online, we bought the ticket on spot via the kiosk machine. One way journey took about 15 minutes and it was around 85Krone, return costs about 160Krone. It is definitely worth to visit 🥰
Mount Floyen
📍5014 Bergen, Norway
Our second favorite spot to visit in Norway was Kode Museum. This museum really amazed us! It is one of the biggest museum in Nordic region. The museum was made up of 4 different buildings and there were a lot of things to see, from art and crafts to music etc. We spent half days walking around the museum and we have learned and understand many history behind all the objects and Norway. They opened on Tuesday to Sunday from 11am to 4pm. Our tickets were 480Krones (for 4pax). We really enjoy visiting Kode Museum 🥰

Just to share my favorite restaurant in Norway before I wrap up this post. I really enjoyed eating the Norwegian local cuisine. my favorite shop in Bergen was Pingvinen. The restaurant itself is small and menu were very limited. But all the items that we tried were very delicious. P/s: the portion is very big as well. Every dish came with their unique sauce. We visited the restaurant two times in a row 🤣The price was considered affordable. We ordered all the seafood items available from the menu and all were delicious, especially their fish 💯Please check it out if you’re around Bergen area. (Their service was very good too 🥰)

Trip to Redang, Malaysia 🇲🇾
It was a 4D3N trip to Redang Island with friends. After we touched down in Kuala Lumpur airport, we took bus to Terengganu (a state in Malaysia). We stayed at Terengganu for a day and departed to Redang Island on the next morning.
During our 4D3N trip in Redang, we stayed at Laguna Redang Island Resort. The resort has to be booked at least 15days before the stay. The view of the resort was just too awesome and we really love it. We literally feel the best of mother nature 🏝️ We all love buffet and we find the dishes that were served are mainly local delights. The price is consider cheap and we find it very easy to eat at the resort after tired snorkeling 🤿
Laguna Redang Island Resort
📍 Pulau Redang, 21090 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu, Malaysia
I would recommend you to stay at Laguna Redang Island resort as they provide free boat and snorkeling services to their guests 🙌 The experience was amazing! We got to see different colour and types of fishes 🐠 , coral 🪸 etc.
Besides from snorkeling, we also walked to the beach near to the entrance of the resort, where you can see three different colours of sea 🌊 under the sun. I would recommend you to take some nice pictures here as we spent half day walking around the beach 🏖️
The only downside of the resort is that the WiFi is not really working in our room, but WiFi at the lobby works very well.
Overall, if you love beach or hoping to gain some snorkeling experience, Redang island is definitely a good place to visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Upon arrival, I went to explore Lu Yun Tea House. I was amazed by the variety items on the menu. They served very good dimsum and dessert. I had many of their dimsum and my favorite is “虾饺”. As for dessert, I would definitely recommend you to try their mango sago dessert 💯 So so good 😂 It was so good until I ordered one more for takeaway 🤣

Worth to visit!

I wouldn’t recommend you to visit during the weekend as the crowd is crazy! Trip to China 🇨🇳
Second time to Beijing, China and we just love it. We fly to China with Singapore Airlines again and the journey was fantastic. This post is about my favorite place, restaurants and foods in Beijing.
I’ve always wanted to visit Beijing National Stadium since 2008. The stadium is easily accessible by public transport. We bought the ticket online in advance as we wanted to go in to the stadium and have a look 😍 If you just wanna take some pictures outside, no ticket is needed. I would recommend you to visit the stadium around 7pm as they will on the light at 18:40 - 21:30 🕤 The interior and exterior design is fantastic and definitely worth to visit 😍
Beijing National Stadium
📍1 Guojiatiyuchang S Rd, Chao Yang Qu, China, 100101
My most favorite restaurant is Siji Minfu Roast Duck Shop. They served the best Peking Duck I have ever had 💯 Not only Peking Duck, the salted pepper Duck and Almond Tofu were also very delicious. The price is considered above average but the taste was very good. If you’re to visit there during peak hour, make sure you eat something light before you go as the queue could be really long 🤣

If you’re looking for best dessert, I would recommend you to try WanChun JinFu (万春金福). The lychee sour plum dessert was very refreshing and even ordered extra. It tastes abit sweet and sour 💯 We also ordered Osmanthus Red Bean Paste dessert. It wasn’t too sweet and you can smell the aroma of Osmanthus. This combination turns out to be very good! The price is slight expensive, but considering the location, the price for restaurants nearby are quite similar.

🇵🇹 Gourmet Restaurant in a Hidden Garden
We chanced upon Cantinho Gourmet when we were looking for a lunch place in Sintra. It is tucked away on the corner of a steep pedestrian alley in Sintra city centre near Sintra National Palace. The entrance of the gourmet shop looks small but it leads to a beautiful garden hidden behind the walls with ample seating area. The restaurant serves a variety of salads, toast, cheese boards, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. We ordered sangria, a cocktail similar to fruit punch originating from Portugal and Spain. It was so good and refreshing! The food was a little pricy but the service staff was attentive.

🇵🇹 Lovely Italian Restaurant in Gaia
During our stay in Vila Nova de Gaia, we found an amazing Italian restaurant in the hub of port wine to satisfy our carvings for pizzas and pastas. Mamma Bella Cais de Gaia is a hidden gem located a short walk away from the Douro River Front. The beautifully decorated restaurant has both indoors and outdoors seating. The pizzas and pastas we ordered were freshly prepared and the cook was really generous with ingredients. All the dishes came with complimentary garlic bread. Each main dish costs around 10 euros. We also loved the homemade sangria with port wine and even ordered two jugs!

🇵🇹 Enoteca Cartuxa in the Heart of Evora
We stumbled upon Enoteca Cartuxa, a restaurant which serves wines from its own winery and regional cuisine, while we were exploring Evora. It is located at the heart of the city's historic centre close to the ancient Roman Temple of Évora and Cathedral of Évora. The restaurant is elegantly decorated and has a cozy ambience. We arrived in the late afternoon so there was no crowd in the restaurant. We ordered dishes from Chef José including pumpkin risotto, asparagus and sea bass, chocolate mousse with peanut crumble for dessert and red wine from Cartuxa winery. The restaurant also serves regional cheeses, cured meat and other authentic Alentejo dishes.

🇵🇹 A Popular Chinese Restaurant in Lisbon
Chuan Yue 川粤汇 is a Chinese restaurant in Lisbon which specialises in authentic Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. The restaurant is very popular among the Chinese community in Lisbon. It is also the go-to place for locals who crave Chinese food. We visited the restaurant twice during our stay in Lisbon as it is conveniently located next to our hotel @ Lutécia Smart Design Hotel.
We tried some of the familiar Chinese dishes on the menu. Some of the dishes were a bit too salty to our likings on our first visit so we requested for less salty options during our second visit. Most of the dishes we ordered tasted good and the prices were very affordable. The drinks were reasonably priced too.

Trip to Beijing, China 🇨🇳
It was a trip to Beijing, China and we love it. We fly to China with Singapore Airlines and the journey was fantastic and food was lovely too. We have visited many places and really love the view there. Just to share some of my favourite places in Beijing.
Do take note that most of the tourist spots are closed on Monday. So we visited MuTianYu Great Wall of China on Monday. We booked the ticket in advance online to prevent queue. The view was very good but we were all freezing! Please keep yourself warm when you’re there during winter. The price of ticket is considered reasonable as the view was stunning 😍

We also visited The Palace Museum. The ticket is open 7 days before visited date. DO REMEMBER TO BUY THE TICKET ONLINE ‼️ The queue was very long but luckily the weather was cold and it was snowing. We spent sometimes taking picture while queuing. You can buy the ticket with passport details and scan your passport on the spot. The buildings and details were very very nice and we even visited the palace again on the next day 😆 They do have Chinese and English version of explanation about the background and history of palace 🙌 Definitely Recommend

Trip to Suzhou, China 🇨🇳
It was a trip to Suzhou, China and we love it. We fly to China with China Eastern Airlines and took public transport to Suzhou.
We took train from Pingjiang Road 1 to SanTang Road and walk about 700m to reach SanTang Street. The street was full of cafe and restaurants. It looks very traditional and I really recommend this place. If you get the chance to visit SanTang Street, you can rent traditional clothes and have make up before taking pictures. The price is reasonable and we think it is a very good experience.

As for the food, all the desserts that we tried were very delicious especially if you like glutinous rice. I really love the Yam Tang Yuan and Vege Noodles in Suzhou.
A little shoutout to 蟹黄捞苏州outlet! The seafood were very fresh and the Songsu Fish was very crispy and yummy! We also had matcha mochi and yam mochi dessert which were very delicious 💯 Do try out their Xiao Long Bao and Crab too ‼️Overall, the price considered reasonable for tourist spot. We would definitely go back again for all the good food 🥰

In Shanghai, we visited Nanjinglu Street. There are many streets in Shanghai that are suitable for city walk. But personally, I would recommend Nanjinglu street. Not only variety of shops, they also have many cafes and and artistic walls where you can takes lots of nice pictures 📷 If you do some shopping there, do remember to get your tax refund 💰

As for food, I just love the Shanghai xiao long bao. You can get them everywhere and they all were just very delicious. Just to share one my favorite shop, BaoShiFu Cake, where they sell authentic local dessert. The 肉松小贝was so good! It is not too sweet and the cake inside was very soft and goes very well with the sauce 💯

Inside a 3-Headed Elephant Atop the Museum
#thingstodo
Erawan Museum is a must-visit place in Bangkok, though it might be a bit far from the usual tourist spots from Bangkok, I guarantee that it’s very much worth your time. I can also say you might regret not coming here especially if you are into architecture and interior details. From the exterior color to the majestic detailing of the interiors, everything about this museum screams whimsical! I actually did not realize this at first but you can go inside the elephant structure at the top. How could you pass up the opportunity to be inside the belly of the elephant?
Although what you see might be very fairy tale-like, the whole temple grounds is considered to be sacred. The museum is divided into 3 levels: the basement (exhibition), 1st floor, and the elephant belly which symbolizes heaven. The stairway at the 1st floor is creaky haha, I definitely took my time going up. Once we were at the belly of the elephant, I still can’t believe I’m inside it. Haha. I was really super curious how it was constructed and where are the structural supports as the belly is also hollow and doesn’t show any structural support inside.
I super enjoyed this visit more than I thought I would. Shoes aren’t allowed inside and I believe individual photos of the Gods inside the belly aren’t allowed, so please be careful. One is supposed to be quiet and respectful once inside the belly.

Wat Pho, Grand Palace, Wat Arun in 1 Day
A visit to Bangkok would not be complete without going to the famous palaces and temples within the capital. The major landmarks are Wat Pho, Grand Palace, & Wat Arun. They are close to each other, with the Wat Arun only a ferry ride away from the other two places. I would recommend allotting a whole day for these places if you're not in rush.
Wat Pho - must visit because it's the oldest and largest temple in Bangkok and also houses a lot of Buddhas, including the Reclining Buddha.
Grand Palace - was also huge. Honestly, since we did the Wat Pho first, we were already very tired roaming around the Grand Palace. So I only have 1 photo haha. Since Wat Pho was so huge and the architecture style being the same, I think Wat Pho is enough if you're short on time.
Wat Arun - was only able to take a photo across the river. At the time tgat we visited the ferry for crossing is closed and that there's an event so we wouldn't be able to go in.
Be prepared for the weather and bring lots of water with you. We visited when it was scorching hot, adding to our tiredness, we chose to just finish the day at a restaurant.

A Museum Made of Entirely Wood?
Located at Pattaya, the Sanctuary of Truth is an unfinished museum made of entirely wood, an ancient thai architecture way of construction. I consider this to be a gem of a structure especially in these modern times due to the choice & dedication to the use of wood. If the exterior detail amazes you, the interior is even more intricate. Inside the museum, wooden sculptures & carvings fill your vision. This is one tourist spot you should not skip, it's worth the travel from Bangkok if visiting only for a daytrip.
Before visiting, be mindful of your attire and the timings as the museum have a schedule. And also when doing a DIY bus commute, double check what type of bus you need to take. We had a bit of a mishap but we were lucky to reach at the last minute of entrance.

🇵🇹 Authentic Portuguese Food @ Gaia
#2024wish
We had a hearty lunch in a family run Portuguese restaurant after the train ride from Lisbon to Porto. The restaurant, Frango Sobre Rodas, is located just outside Vila Nova de Gaia train station. This humble little restaurant serves generous serving of traditional Portuguese dishes at very affordable prices. Most of the dishes are under 10 euros. Apparently this neighbourhood restaurant is quite popular among the locals. The main highlight of the food we ordered is francesinha, a Portuguese sandwich originated from Porto, which consists of toasted bread covered in rich sauce made from tomato and beer. The service staff was attentive and tried her best to introduce the dishes in English. 👍
