pxy0705

The Adelaide River is located near Darwin in northern Australia, near the Litchfield National Park. The river is 180 kilometers (110 miles) long and spans the Stuart and Arnhem highways. Since the 1890s, the two fertile black soils in the lower reaches have been used for various agricultural experiments: growing vegetables, rice and raising cattle, and characteristic farms are distributed on both sides of the river. It is also the habitat of about 1,600 crocodiles, and it is also a good place to watch the crocodiles jump.
