I was running out of the data I'd originally prepared for my trip, so I quickly bought another 1GB on my last day. I installed it using Wi-Fi at a cafe, but it was stuck on activating and I couldn't do anything about it, so I contacted customer service. I didn't know what the problem was, but after some advice, I canceled the plan and purchased a new one, and it connected fine. I was very grateful for the prompt response to my inquiry. I'd definitely buy it again next time!
