Buy tickets in advance on Trip.com, go to the 16th shop and confirm the order number directly with your mobile phone to get the ticket, no need to queue for a long time. If you go on a hot summer day in Shanghai, it is recommended to watch the sunset at 6-7! At that time, the weather was not hot, and you could blow the wind on the boat. And don't have to squeeze in a bunch of people on the Bund to take pictures! Oriental Pearl, building, as you like. The photos are beautiful!

Overall, well planned and good experience. Tour guide was very helpful and informative. Van was new, large, and clean. We did a private tour and communication was good via WeChat. We were picked up at 8:30am and returned back to the hotel at 7:45pm. It was a long day visiting both Suzhou and Zhouzhuang, but I don’t think it would be worth visiting on two separate days. The reason for only 4 stars was that we were charged an additional 3 hours at 150 RMB/hr. After the booking was confirmed, the tour operator said the tour is only for 8 hours of time even though the description on Trip.com said the tour would be 9am-8pm. Seemed like a bit of a bait and switch. They should just put that on the description if there are additional hourly charges.

My father-in-law’s 60th birthday, set for the old couple, online operation is still convenient, Trip.com service quality is also good, this group is pure play not into the shopping store, and the whole process is listed 4-star hotels, the price is slightly higher is acceptable, listen to the old couple said that Beijing's ground guide is very good, Praise it. I thought that this kind of group trip would be very uncomfortable for the elderly who have never been far away, but the journey is still very smooth, the elderly have a young heart!
