The staff are professional and patient, with extremely strict safety requirements. They also readily assist with taking videos and photos. The prices are reasonable, and there's a huge selection to choose from.

Most fun I’ve had in a long time! Nana and the rest of the staff made us feel very safe during the entire experience while still joking around and making it tons of fun. They encourage you to get out of your comfort zone but never force you to do anything, which was a relief since I decided not to do a couple of the more challenging jumps. Also, they took the most amazing videos and photos I could have asked for! (Be sure to trust them with your phone, they have the balance of mountain goats and will NOT drop it! 🤣) Even as someone who has never done Canyoneering I didn’t feel like it was too demanding and again, I felt very safe doing this activity with these guides. Cannot recommend them enough! Tip: ask for the 6am tour! You will be waiting for hours if you go later in the morning! Tip 2: be sure to pay extra for the zipline! You won’t regret it!

Everything is very convenient. There are instructions on how to proceed upon arrival at the pier, and everything is clear. The terminal fee is 30 pesos, which is paid upon entry. Then they print your ticket and you enter the waiting room. We printed the e-tickets that arrived by email and showed them to the staff, who immediately understood what we needed without any words. We booked business class tickets, and the ride was very comfortable. The seats are soft and comfortable. In economy, there are simple stools, so to speak. I think the small difference in the tickets is a plus for comfort, especially since you can take your suitcase with you in business class, which eliminates the additional fee for checking in baggage.
