At first, I encountered difficulties installing the eSIM, including activation errors and a notification that the code was invalid. I contacted support, and within literally two minutes they sent me a new eSIM code, which was then easily and quickly installed via VPN. Global esim was fast even in our layover in Bangkok. The Kazakhstan esim was also fast. I can even use it as a hotspot in my other phone.
