This is an excellent sim which I used in NZ. No problems connecting while driving in Bay of Islands and major cities. Interestingly, it shows up as Singtel on the phone.

So convenient! I gave it to my husband. Since my phone is a mainland China version and can't use eSIM, I made sure to check eSIM compatibility before buying. For Chinese travelers, I still recommend buying a physical roaming SIM card in China for convenience. If you're living abroad like me and have just bought a mainland China version phone, I suggest buying a physical SIM card locally. You can also buy an eSIM card changer.

I don’t even know how to describe it，it’s very affordable, yet its internet speed is extremely stable. I installed the eSIM after arriving at my destination, and I never expected Ctrip to explain the installation process in such detail. It took me very little time to finish installing and activating it, and no issues arose at all during use. I’m really glad I bought it on Ctrip.

Good experience in purchasing and installing the esim. Hassle free and quite straightforward. Coverage is spotting in parts of NZ, but suspect that is the main infrastructure and not related to this particular esim brand.

Overall, my experience using eSIM in Melbourne was good. Installation was quick, and I was connected to the internet immediately upon arrival. The signal was stable in the city center, and internet speeds were smooth. The only occasional dropouts occurred in remote areas, but these didn't significantly impact my main itinerary. The price was also reasonable.
