I really appreciated the attitude of the front desk staff, and the massage therapists' skills were exceptional. The overall environment was very upscale, making a massage here a truly enjoyable experience. It's a bit far from the MRT station, but you can book a shuttle service in advance, and the staff arrived at Phromphong station on time. From the moment you enter, you'll feel the meticulous service and relaxing atmosphere; the welcome drink and cool towel instantly put you at ease. Before the treatment begins, you fill out a questionnaire to confirm your massage preferences and areas you'd like to focus on or avoid. The therapist then uses professional techniques combined with warm essential oils to address your needs. I opted for an organic coconut oil massage (60 minutes), which was gentler than I expected, deeply relaxing all the muscles and acupoints, soothing my tired body and mind with each press.

Excellent spa. I loved everything, but I wish the bath was hot or at least warm, otherwise I was freezing in it 🫣. But overall, I loved everything, including the Zolotoy massage and the atmosphere itself. I recommend it!!!

A wonderful spa experience, a friendly welcome, and everything was on time. We were very pleased with the spa program. We went for my birthday, and they congratulated me at the oasis and gave me a small gift, which was unexpected and very nice ❤️

The facility was clean, the staff were very polite, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing resort atmosphere. They carefully listened to the areas I didn't want touched and the areas I wanted massaged in particular, and they also provided a questionnaire in Japanese, so I was able to communicate even though I don't speak English. The treatment was so pleasant that I dozed off. The Khao Niao Mamuang served after the treatment was excellent.


