Everything's fine. Electronic tickets are sent by email or messenger. You go to the port and print them out. You also pay a small port fee.
Reviews: Boracay Transfer Transportation Round Trip- Caticlan/Kalibo Airport (MPH/KLO) (including terminal fee, environmental fee, Boat Ticket and bus ticket)

We used the full transfer service on Boracay and were very pleased! We were met right at the airport—everything was organized smoothly and without any waits. The staff helped us with ferry tickets and escorted us across. Company representatives accompanied us throughout the entire journey, explaining where to go and what to do—there was no need to worry, especially after the flight. Upon arrival on the island, we were quickly transferred to a bus and taken right to the hotel door. The same process applies to the return flight. The entire process took much less time than expected. Excellent organization, polite staff, and a comfortable trip. I recommend it to anyone who wants a stress-free and hassle-free arrival and departure from Boracay on time.
Reviews: Philippines·Boracay airport transfer - Kalibo Airport/Caticlan Airport | Ferry-vehicle combo ticket

Everything was very clear and professional. I didn't have to search; they sent me instructions the day before the trip. I left the airport and saw a guy wearing a company T-shirt, just like the photo in the instructions. They immediately put me on the bus, I waited for other tourists, then handed me over at the port, and then handed me over to the hotel transfer. I'm very happy. I recommend using this company. Thank you for your professionalism!!!
Reviews: Boracay Transfer From Kalibo/Caticlan Airport To Boracay: One Way/Round Trip

No hassle! They paid for all the fees. Arrived at the hotel easily! The only downside is you have to pay multiple people for tips. They don’t have anyone assisting the bags, which was I paid for really. They have contacts who does that and you need to pay them. Good for solo travelers like me
Reviews: Ferry Tickets Between Cebu, Bohol, Dumaguete and Siquijor (One Way or Round Trip)

The waiting room was comfortable, the ferry departed on time, and everything was comfortable. There's no Wi-Fi, but the cell phone connection was strong.
Reviews: Booking Service for Bohol-Cebu Ferry Tickets (One Way / Round Trip / Departure from Cebu or Bohol Available)

If you need to change your ferry time in Bohol, go to the OceanJet shop outside the pier, at the street corner on the main road. I couldn't find it at first, but with the help of Mr. Wang, a WeChat customer service representative, I finally found it and caught the ferry on time. Be careful of scammers at Cebu Pier who might try to charge you 1000 pesos to change your ticket, but it only costs 50 pesos at the OceanJet shop.
