I bought another one for a trip to Phuket. Installation was easy and didn't require anything special. If there's a problem, just check if roaming is enabled. The signal was good all the way, so I didn't need a complicated physical SIM card. Basically, every time I travel, I'll look for an eSIM on trip.com. Customer service is also very responsive.★

The initial setup was difficult. I didn't know how to use it. Contacting customer service via chatbox was not possible. But it works very well 👍★

Excellent connection! Installation was very quick; it was activated immediately upon arrival in Thailand. I took the maximum 100GB daily plan because we have a small child (who loves cartoons). The internet was stable and never let me down, always working flawlessly. We'll happily buy this SIM card only here from now on.★
