It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant.
The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.★

As expected, you can travel quickly and conveniently. Booking in advance makes seat selection easy and nice. However, having to open and scan the voucher for each person individually was inconvenient (though I might be missing something). It would be more convenient if you could just swipe sideways like on ZU Fest!★

The service was excellent which made us free hands for transporting from Nara to Kyoto after hiking in Yoshino. The status of our luggage transport was prompted and reliable. The customer service of LuggAgent was helpful and responsible. I received message or e-mail once they pick up or delivered my luggage. As expected, it is as comfortable as I heard, and I highly recommend it to those who plan to do a lot of sightseeing. You should definitely try the boat first, and I think the better you plan your route, the more you can make the most of it! However, if one person pays for and books for a group of 5 or more, it is inconvenient to have to split the vouchers between 3 and 2 people.★

When traveling with children, I think the airport limousine is much more convenient than the Rapit, where you have to find underground exits and carry your luggage up and down stairs. You can board directly at the ground level, and they help with loading and unloading your bags.👍 I was worried about traffic since it was the weekend and evening, but we arrived comfortably and without any delays. I plan to book the return trip as well.
