The service was very convenient. We received detailed instructions with photos after booking. We found the right seat, showed our reservation, and within a couple of minutes, they issued and activated our SIM card. Payment on the website is accepted with a Russian card. The card pickup point is located right at the exit of the arrivals hall.

It just works. Even though the messages from the operator are confusing (some in Chinese, some in Thai, none in English), the service is great and if you install the Dtac app, you will be able to immediately see your usage. And yes, this esim does even have a Thai number with it, although no credits for calls with it, but still convenient if you need to receive authentication message from different apps that require a Thai number.

Easy to set up. Clear instruction. When I arrive at the airport, the service is ready to use and I can use the GRAB app and order a taxi to fetch my family and I to the hotel.
