The booking process was remarkably straightforward and user-friendly. I found the steps to secure my reservation to be intuitive. Redeeming my booking was equally seamless, requiring minimal effort. The entire experience felt designed for maximum convenience. I was very pleased with how easy it was from start to finish.

The bus driver was incredibly friendly! Customs was easy but a bit slow. It's the Macau customs officers who check your entry into China. The bus driver was waiting for me on the other side, probably because I was taking too long. You have to follow the signs for "cross-border bus." It's immediately to the right after customs. The bus is great, with screens at every seat. A fantastic deal!
Reviews: Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau cross-border private charter pick-up and drop-off [Guangdong/Macau/Hong Kong three-license commercial vehicle direct one-stop service]

Our family of five traveled from Hong Kong to Macau and chose a cross-border car rental service between Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macau through Ctrip. After placing the order, the company created a group chat to discuss our needs and confirm the itinerary. The next day, driver Ivan Cheong picked us up from our hotel on time. The car was spacious, clean, and tidy, and he patiently introduced us to the scenery along the way. It was a very comfortable ride, and the dual-license plates made border crossing a breeze, so we didn't have to worry about anything. He safely and smoothly took us to our hotel in Macau. We will definitely choose this company again for our next trip.

The driver was five minutes late for departure. On the return trip from Shenzhen to Hong Kong, the driver couldn't receive WhatsApp messages, so the fleet manager asked us to contact him directly using a mainland phone. Since our mobile phones couldn't make mainland calls, we ended up having to borrow a phone from a restaurant waiter to contact the driver. This is definitely an area for improvement. Aside from that, the driver's service was good.
