Everything went perfectly. We installed the e-SIM card at home before the flight and turned it off. Upon arrival in Thailand, we turned on the SIM card at the airport, it registered with the network, and mobile data was enabled. I enjoyed 5G speeds and an unlimited mobile data plan throughout my entire vacation. I gave the service and customer support excellent marks, but I didn't have to use it.★
