Previously, you had to enter the information each time you installed the app, but recently it has become so much easier that you can just press the "Install" button and it's ready to use right away! I didn't use the call answering function, and I'm not sure if it's activated or not, but the internet speed is definitely fantastic. I'll definitely buy this again next time I go. The card pickup and installation at the airport are extremely convenient. Highly recommended!
It's definitely worth buying; you get what you pay for. The counter is easy to find, and the staff's service is superb. Even though we speak different languages, they made sure you understood. The card is also great for taking the subway and buses; a quick swipe is super convenient and saves you from carrying multiple cards. I can use this again next time.★

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.
