The tour guide is knowledgeable about historical facts and readily and comprehensively answers any additional questions. The route was carefully planned, without unnecessary rushing, taking into account our wishes and physical abilities. The service was superb. I booked a day in advance, and the seller notified me as soon as the flight was available. From arriving at the Alam base to completing the flight, the entire process took only half an hour, with absolutely no queues – incredibly fast! The sunshine, the sea breeze, and the scenery were absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfectly arranged. I highly recommend booking directly at the base.

We had a really good experience with them and our morning driver Mk angga is very friendly and make us feel safe throughout the journey to the base camp and back to our hotel. Our Jeep Driver Moyot is very caring and nice! He will take extra care to check if we're doing okay during the bumpy jeep ride and he took really good photos of us with stars and sunrise. We had a fabulous time with their service and experience!

Nice day in Ubud. High traffic jump to go, road was busy despite the low wet season and Ramadan. I cannot imagine in peak season. Guide was very helpful, itinerary interesting. Rice terrasses quite touristic, I would prefer a place more authentic. Waterfall fantastic. Overall very good day.

We joined the west tour with snorkelling included and we were lucky enough to spot one or two manta rays. We snorkelled at 4 different locations, saw different fishes, coral and the staff even helped us take photos underwater. Our driver Putu was very experienced and took us to the best spots for photos; also helping us with photo taking. It was a very smooth journey and we easily met up with Putu once we got off the boat. After the day tour, our pickup driver was already waiting for us at the harbour to drop us off at the hotel. It was well organised and I recommend this day tour!

i went on this trip with my mom and a female driver, Mel, picked us up. She was super friendly and hospitable, always checking if we’re feeling okay during the long drives to and fro Mt Batur. She also chatted with us about other unique things to experience in Bali including the Kecak dance and answered any questions we had. This tour is run by her family, her uncle drove us up the Mt Batur with a jeep and taught us how to pose. Everyone is super friendly and never demands for tips, which made us want to tip them even more! I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone. ❤️
