If you're visiting Shanghai, a night cruise on the Huangpu River is something you simply shouldn't miss. My partner and I booked the evening cruise with buffet dinner, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our time in the city. From the moment we boarded at Pier 3, Shiliupu, the experience felt special. As the ship pulled away from the dock, Shanghai's skyline began to light up around us. Seeing the illuminated skyscrapers of Pudong on one side and the historic buildings of the Bund on the other created a stunning contrast between old and new Shanghai. We spent much of the cruise on the outdoor deck taking photos and admiring the views. The city looks completely different at night, with colourful lights reflecting across the river and famous landmarks glowing against the skyline. It was easily one of the most impressive urban views we experienced anywhere in China. The buffet dinner was a welcome addition to the trip. There was a good variety of dishes available, allowing us

Reviews: Tickets for the must-see ERA Time Travel Acrobatic Show in Shanghai

It was an amazing experience bringing my family to watch the ERA Show. The venue is not overly large, so you can clearly see the show from every seat. I’m seated in a fairly high position, and I think it’s excellent. It gives me a great view, so I can enjoy all the aerial performances much better. It's absolutely brilliant and well worth every penny!
Reviews: Shanghai Yu Garden + City God Temple traditional culture experience: Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism cultural exploration with optional Chinese tea

Perhaps due to the rain and the holiday crowds, the initial assembly at the entrance was a bit chaotic. However, after finding our guide, Yuanzi, who led us into the park, he provided a very detailed explanation and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the park's layout. Despite the crowds and various road closures, he still managed to guide us through all the viewpoints. If we had any requests for photos or other things, we promptly informed the guide, who did his best to accommodate us. If you're visiting Yu Garden and City God Temple during a holiday when it's crowded, I highly recommend joining a tour group. It saves time and allows you to see all the attractions within the park.

Reviews: Shanghai Wild Animal Park Giant Panda Viewing and Carnivore Feeding Experience 1-day tour
Guest User2026-05-29
We had a wonderful day at the park! We fed the predators, watched a sea lion show, and a wild animal performance. No one forced the elephants to do somersaults or anything like that, like in a circus. It's clear they treat all the animals with care. A special thank you to our guide, Sveta, who accompanied us from the hotel. We toured the entire park with her, and we were able to relax and trust her. She's a very pleasant woman.
