After arriving at the rental desk, I was advised that my car had been booked at a different location. However, the assistant looking after me went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He managed to rearrange the booking so I didn’t have to travel to another location, secured the same vehicle for me, and got me on my way.
Fantastic customer service from start to finish. He was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. I really appreciated his effort and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
