The lagoon regularly hosts underwater mermaid performances, in which multiple performers enact the legend of Atlantis in the water. After the renovation, several distinctive species habitats were added, where rare species such as axolotls and giant Pacific octopuses can be observed. The aquarium also has multiple touch pools that allow visitors to get close to some marine life.
