I got an e-SIM at home. I flew to Nha Trang and was connected right from the airport. The only inconvenience was that I couldn't activate the connection myself, but a young man nearby showed me how. I had to press the roaming button, but I didn't understand it. Anyway, read the instructions. The connection is stable, I'm happy.★
