I think it depends on the time of year, but this was the fastest I've ever experienced. No waiting time at all. I recommend the most expensive option for those in a hurry.★

Passport control was quick, and there was literally just one person in the fast track queue. Our travel agent later told me that the other passengers on our flight were waiting for up to four hours.
