We booked the small group tour with a VIP pass in English. Our guide, Bob, was very young and friendly. He picked us up at our hotel, which was within the agency's service area. We skipped all the queues for the buses and the cable car, and he was always willing to help with any request. At the end of the tour, he gave us a small souvenir.★

This trip to Zhangjiajie was a spontaneous, impromptu trip. Originally, I planned to take my family elsewhere, but due to heavy rain, we had to change our plans. After managing to snag train tickets, I booked a small private tour for 10 people on Ctrip quite late that night. It was my first time booking a small group tour, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the guide contacted me – it was a one-on-two service, just for the two of us, with private car pick-up and drop-off. The guide, a young and handsome man named Song, was very gentle, patient, and attentive. He had called the night before to confirm the exact pick-up and drop-off locations. The trip was quite enjoyable. The tour guide provided detailed and thorough explanations, constantly reminding us to be careful on stairs and steps. The customized itinerary was also very reasonable, covering all the key attractions. We used the VIP lane for park entrances and shuttle buses, saving us a lot of time and avoiding long queues on a hot day. This allowed us to return to the hotel earlier to rest. The tour guide was very experienced and patiently answered many questions about the tour. We had a great time and gave a thumbs up to our guide, Song. The advantage of a small group tour is personalized service, easy arrangements, and higher efficiency.★

Our guide, Zuri, was excellent. She was friendly yet professional. She took care to keep us well informed about the various parts of the 2 trips. She took health and safety seriously ensuring we were aware of slippery steps etc. The 2 days were superb with jaw-dropping scenery. The fact that a lot of the time the peaks were partly covered in a foggy mist, that made the experience beautifully surreal. The driver was professional and punctual. The other group members were friendly which also enhanced the experiences. So thank you Zuri and everyone.★

Yang Ting, a beautiful and kind tour guide in Zhangjiajie
I made a special trip from Ningxia to Zhangjiajie this time. The scenery along the way was absolutely stunning, and I was even more fortunate to meet the exceptionally good tour guide, Yang Ting, which made my entire trip exceptionally comfortable and fulfilling – a truly unforgettable experience!
Before departure, Yang Ting was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. The night before, she proactively messaged me privately, carefully informing me of the meeting point for the next day. She also thoughtfully reminded us of the hot weather in Hunan, repeatedly urging us to take precautions against sunburn and heatstroke, drink plenty of water, and make sure we were well-prepared for the next day's itinerary. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable.
The next day, I met Yang Ting at the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. She was elegant, gentle, and beautiful, with a soft and pleasant voice. Throughout the trip, she clearly explained the sights using a microphone, demonstrating professionalism and patience. She answered every question we had in detail, never giving a perfunctory answer.
During the hike, she was always mindful of the group's safety, repeatedly reminding us to watch our step and be careful of the path. Considering everyone's fatigue from the climb, she proactively arranged rest breaks and reminded us to use the restroom, managing the pace exceptionally well throughout the trip, making it relaxed and enjoyable. What touched me most was her tireless efforts; she proactively helped everyone queue for tickets and patiently took many beautiful photos of Tianmen Cave for me, demonstrating excellent photography skills and dedication. She was responsible and attentive throughout the entire trip without complaint.
Throughout the trip, our guide, Yang Ting, was poised, gentle, patient, and incredibly kind, treating everyone with sincerity and enthusiasm. After the tour, she thoughtfully escorted us down the mountain and meticulously guided us to the bus stops, providing impeccable service throughout.
This trip to Zhangjiajie was not only breathtakingly beautiful, but also filled with the warmth and professionalism of our guide, Yang Ting. I sincerely thank her for her attentive companionship and care throughout the trip, making me feel incredibly welcome despite the long journey. I wish the kind and wonderful guide, Yang Ting, continued success in her work, a bright future, and peace and prosperity every year!
