The hot springs are relatively large, the pools are more, and the environment is relatively clean. More satisfied. But for food, there is only one canteen, and the meal supply has to be booked. It takes a long time to queue up for shopping. Many people eat instant noodles. If you eat fresh noodles, you have to wait 20 minutes. In terms of service, there is basically no towels in the hot spring area. If you want to go back to the bathroom, you will be drunk by the waiter. . . The waiter will not help you put it, which is very uncomfortable.

I made the reservation after arriving in Siem Reap (the day before). After booking, our guide, Sarak, confirmed the pickup location, time, and advance ticket purchase details via WhatsApp, so I was able to arrive at the destination with peace of mind. On the day, I arrived with plenty of time to spare.
