I always buy from SK Telecom for my trips to Korea. The phone switches to KTL as soon as the plane lands, and it's ready to use in no time. I've never experienced any unstable signal. I haven't used their customer support, so I've given it a rating of 1.

I went to Yeongdo, near the airport in Busan, and the signal was extremely fast and never dropped. Wi-Fi and other services are always too slow and uncomfortable. For a solo traveler like me, this was like a fish in water, making the trip much smoother! Translation and map navigation were instant and fast, the routes included phone numbers, and location services and ordering food delivery couldn't be more convenient! Not having to change SIM cards is a huge plus. Highly recommended! (Based on my iPhone 17 Pro for reference)
