Redeeming tickets is smooth and simple; you can exchange them for physical tickets at the airport's automatic ticket machines! You can reserve two reserved seats on the Haruka Limited Express, making round trips between the airport and Kyoto/Osaka extremely convenient. While limited to Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, and Nara, a 5-day wide-area tour is recommended for those wanting to travel further afield.

It's very easy to use, just open the app, scan the QR code, and go directly to the entrance/exit. However, there's only one QR code scanner at each station's entrance and exit, which might be a bit insufficient. Sometimes you might have to wait in line to scan the QR code to enter the station. Also, sometimes accessing the website to get the QR code might be interrupted; you might not find it and need to register again via email to get the QR code again. This might happen occasionally.

It worked perfectly except for one incident on the bus. Highly recommended, but a more detailed description of which metro lines are included would be helpful. The castle looks great from the outside, but unfortunately the interior is very modernized.

I didn't realize it was on time and almost got on the wrong train... but after seeing the people waiting, I waited, saw the train arrive, took my reserved seat, and had a safe ride. I met the Glico man when I arrived in Dotonbori.

I was in a hurry to get to Umeda, so I chose the Haruka train, which is direct. I used an e-ticket, which I registered on the JR West website and entered by pasting my ticket number. After immigration, I simply selected a reserved seat according to my time, which was very convenient. To board the train, I went up to the second floor after immigration to the tram platform. I entered through the JR gate and queued for the ground-level Haruka carriage.
