Because of overbooking we were offered an alternative tour, which included Melk, Hallstatt and Salzburg. The guide, Olga, was amazing! She kept us company during the whole trip sharing her knowledge and interesting stories. The time at each location was just right. We always departed at the scheduled time. Everything was excellent.★

Remember to bring cash for bathroom use in Hallstad; some places won't let you use the restroom and you'll have to buy something to get change. For that perfect photo, be patient with the influencers who will try to avoid you.★

Sim was so straightforward, and easy to use. It worked, from the moment I stepped off the plane in Albania. I was able to use Apple Maps to walk from the Airport bus, to the hotel.★

Shangri-La Saliya Hotel in Sabah is very good, because it is a honeymoon tour, I informed Trip.com customer service on the phone for the purpose of our itinerary, Trip.com notified the hotel, there was a surprise when we entered the room, the bed was covered with roses with a big love, The hotel room manager wrote us a greeting card and sent us fruit and chocolate. It was very warm~ Thank you Trip.com customer service for contacting the hotel in time, so that we had an unexpected surprise in this trip. Next time I travel freely, I will still choose Trip.com , which is really convenient and reassuring. Thank you!
