Hai was a great guide and was very efficient. The restaurant at the end was a surprise and very interesting. Two drinks were also included on the trip which wasn’t expected. Great job.

I thought it was a little pricey, but they bought us souvenirs during the trip, and we had already paid for lunch in a nice place, so I thought the return rate was high. Also, our guide, Luis, spoke very good English, so even a beginner like me could understand. He was also good at taking photos. On Train Street, they stopped by just in time for the train to arrive, which was great!

Amazing! It was the best tour I took in Vietnam. Seeing the city while traveling on bike is very convenient, food in a restaurant we visited was delicious and the tour guide Jinny was really nice and fun to talk to. Also as a solo female traveler, I appreciate this tour for being safe and comfortable.

At first, I didn't know I needed to contact the vendor to arrange for pick up and drop off. But they managed to arrange it for me the night before. Even though I did not receive the message for the pick up time (as it was sent to my junk mail), they waited for me and really lived up to their awesome reputation of excellent service. Their service was top tier. The bus was clean but there were some flying insects (I supposed was due to the humid weather). Booked with them again for the trip back to Hanoi. Looking forward to it.

Wow wow wow , what a day , this was the best tour I have ever been on . The guides are extremely knowledgeable and their driving is impeccable. The roads of Hanoi are crazy but they made me and my children feel completely safe. We enjoyed their company that much we’ve booked again for the country tour tomorrow Thank you so much for an amazing day. A day of memeories that will never be forgotten
