The tour was really interesting, not only could we taste a lot of traditional food from Bologna, we could also learn about the history of the city and how the foods were produced (how is balsamic vinegar made, what different cuts are in Mortadella, what is the meaning behind the shape of Tortellini etc.).

The tour was great! Since I bought it in advance and paid by credit card, it was totally worth it. We got two huge ice creams and a giant charcuterie board – worth every penny! We loved everything, the view was beautiful, and we also got tickets to the museum. Top-notch, beautiful, incredible, everything was perfect! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Our guide Christina explained the history of the city's development in great detail, clarified the political circumstances, and pointed out special features of the food culture. Her English is very good. There was no rush; she took her time for questions and kept to the two-hour timeframe. We were very satisfied and thank her for this interesting tour.
