Wonderful tour! They took us to the site, fed us, showed us the way to the wall, and gave us tons of free time to explore the wall, along the wall, and around the city. The guide was always available and ready to help. Thank you, Lucy! Honestly, it's better to take a daytime hike to the wall, because after 5:30 PM you'll feel like you won't have time to get back to the bus. The definite advantage of Symytai is that there are relatively few tourists, so you can spend five minutes alone on the wall and generally walk around the gubeya alone.★

Enjoyed the boat ride which took us to the water town from the ticketing center. Simatai wall was not crowded, enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It is recommended to take cable car to save time and energy to hike in between towers at the Wall.
The night time is more scenic than day time at the water town so it is suggested to see the wall first and then enjoy the town. One day is enough to see both places.
Our tour guide Cindy was cooperative and friendly. She managed the entire journey very well. Will definitely recommend her for future trips.★

We chose a package for two with a driver. Thanks to our guide. He picked us up from our hotel on time. The journey with him was comfortable, quiet, and warm. He answered all our questions and even helped us buy medicine at a pharmacy along the way. We then arrived in the city of Gubei, strolled through the old town, and after lunch at a cafe with a beautiful view, we ascended to the cable car. By the way, the cable car ticket to the Great Wall of China is not included in this package. It's worth noting this in the price description. Our driver warned us about this in advance and booked tickets for us. Thanks to him. With their help, we reached the top, where we ascended the wall itself with a stunning view of the mountain beyond. The majesty of this structure is impressive. There were very few people on this section of the wall; we climbed the 9th tower. After exploring to our heart's content, we headed back to the car and had a comfortable ride home. I recommend this package if you're used to traveling in comfort.★

Everything went perfectly. We booked a private tour with a driver. The car arrived on time, and the interior was clean and comfortable. We visited the Great Wall of China and the city of Gubeishui Zhen.
The wall here is very picturesque, and since there were practically no people around, we were able to fully enjoy the walk. Gubeishui Zhen is a special delight! A very atmospheric city, stylized to resemble the old days, with every detail thought out.
I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to spend a day with maximum comfort and benefit!★

Initially, we only booked a transfer. The day before, we received detailed meeting information in English via WhatsApp. The bus was made up exclusively of Russian speakers. The guide spoke English very clearly. During the trip, she gave detailed information in English, but then realized that most people didn't understand her. Then I walked around the bus with a translator. Right on the bus, we bought tickets for the wall, the boat ride, and the entrance to Gubey from her, all with the guide's discount (we knew the prices in advance, and the guide was cheaper). You could also buy lunch. We also bought a zipline on the wall and visited the springs (paid through trip.com). It's great that the bus doesn't leave until 8 PM. We had just enough time. We were thrilled to get back from Gubey. We took the lift up the wall one way. We walked from Tower 6 to Tower 2. We're not athletic, so that was more than enough for us and our child. The path was always downhill. Those walking from Towers 6 to 10 are climbing uphill. We definitely wouldn't have made it back to the lift. From Tower 2, we took the zipline.
