We departed from the Queenstown meeting point at 7:30 AM and didn't arrive at the Milford Sound ticket office until just after 1:00 PM, stopping at several scenic spots for about ten minutes for photos. The boat trip lasted about two hours before heading back to Queenstown. In total, we spent over nine hours on the bus, which was incredibly uncomfortable – only the brave could make it! The driver spoke Chinese and was very nice! I wasn't particularly impressed by the fiordland scenery.★

It took four adjustments before I finally got to board the plane and see the fjord, but it was totally worth the hassle!! The owner was incredibly responsible, answering all my questions patiently and explaining everything thoroughly. They even proactively helped with potential itineraries and held onto my booking.
Moreover, my final itinerary's weather check time and depth time were 1 AM China time. I was prepared to confirm them myself by phone, but the owner stayed up that late to help me confirm—I was so touched! I highly recommend this place!! Choosing this was definitely the right decision!!!★

I booked one day and went the next. It was a small group with few people, and the foreign driver/guide was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, stopped at every attraction to take photos for us, and even prepared local plant information and drew a diagram explaining the formation of the fjords. On the way back from the boat, she thoughtfully provided chocolates and umbrellas for when it rained. The customer service was also very patient, assisting us whenever we were worried about getting lost. A great experience!★

We took the All Day Doubtful Sound trip with Baruch from Queenstown. We had a wonderful day. It was our anniversary so made for a special day. Our guide/bus driver Baruch was excellent; friendly, fun, professional and so knowledgeable all wrapped up! We really enjoyed all Baruch's knowledge on all things Kiwi! Very careful driving, even on the bumpy windy roads (which weren't that much). Everything about the tour was organized well; buses and boats. Our guide on the Doubtful Sound cruise was excellent. The picnic lunch was delicious. We would definitely take another Realnz tour.★

The travel agency arranged a free taxi to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the designated bus stop to wait for the tour bus. The process was quite relaxed and enjoyable. The guide was humorous and took us to several unique spots for photo opportunities. We were very grateful to them! Milford Sound has many waterfalls of varying sizes, which are spectacular and breathtaking. It's a view I've never seen before; the ocean is truly vast!
