Reviews: NinhBinh Luxury 1 Day Tour: Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Mua Cave (Small - Big Group - Private Tour)

This was a great tour. It did say that we would be picked up and dropped off at the hotel which was not the case but we were 10 minutes walking from the meet up point. The tour itself was lovely and the tour guide was great and informative. Very beautiful scenery. Would recommend.

Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. There were nine tourists on the day I went. The bus had one seat on each side of the aisle, spacious and comfortable. I didn't have to sit right next to other tourists, which was very relaxing. There were USB charging ports by the windows. My hotel wasn't in the pick-up area, so I went to wait outside the hotel designated by the travel agency in the morning. The bus arrived a little later than scheduled, but the travel agency contacted the hotel and had their staff invite me to wait in the lobby. It was a very thoughtful arrangement. The scenery of Ninh Binh's various attractions goes without saying. I personally felt that cycling through Ninh Binh's scenery was an excellent experience and definitely worth trying. Lunch was at a guesthouse (photo 1), which was very clean, and I felt comfortable using the bathroom. The Vietnamese home-style food was quite satisfying. After lunch, we visited the home of a 70-year-old villager. We drank tea in his ancestral home, tasted his homemade rice wine, and tried a Vietnamese hookah smoked from a bamboo tube – quite interesting.
