The tour guide personally picked us up from the hotel and provided excellent and responsible service throughout the trip. The five-star Sea Lion cruise ship was also very new, and we were very satisfied with the food, seating arrangements, and explanations. The night before, a Chinese-speaking guide named Ruby added us on WeChat to provide detailed instructions, and she also dropped us off at the hotel that evening. A pleasant day.★

Iris is resting. We were upgraded to the Dolphin, a fantastic boat. The newest and most luxurious boat in the entire marina. It has three floors, a restaurant on the first floor, a pool and stage on the second floor, and a hot tub on the third floor. There's also a sunset party with a band. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned. The service was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Halong Bay.★

I was traveling with my parents from both sides of the family, as well as my son, so three generations of our family went on a cruise together. We booked a one-day tour on shore. The boat was very clean and photogenic, very comfortable, and there was also a Chinese translator who introduced the process and precautions. I recommend it!★

Overall, it was an absolutely fantastic cruise trip! The facilities were advanced and comprehensive, the service was attentive and warm, the food was plentiful and delicious, the activities were varied and engaging, the itinerary was well-planned and relaxed, and the price was excellent value for money! Moreover, I carelessly left my power bank on the ship, and after contacting the staff, they immediately helped me find it. The next day, they even arranged for the driver to bring it back from Ha Long Bay to Hanoi and had it delivered to the hotel reception by courier. I was so touched! Absolutely wonderful!
