Although there were parts where I couldn't understand the Japanese they spoke, it was a relatively enjoyable experience. We were the only guests, so we were able to relax, but we arrived at the hotel more than an hour before the scheduled time, and since we paid 40,000 yen, I would have liked to take a more leisurely stroll around the lake, eat dessert, and do some sightseeing.

This was by far one of the best tours we did in Hanoi. Seven was our guide and he told us so much about the history of Hanoi and some streets and buildings we would have never seen on our own. We booked the 3-star tour for our Ha Long Bay excursion, and it was absolutely excellent and well-organized from start to finish. The experience far exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Tung, was fantastic—humorous, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the day both fun and informative. The boat itself was a highlight: modern, spotless, and clearly well-maintained. We noticed it stood out compared to others in the marina. It felt genuinely luxurious, featuring reclinable chairs on deck and even a jacuzzi. The seafood lunch on board was fresh and the service was great throughout. While drinks were not included, they were reasonably priced for a tourist attraction.


