It ticked all the boxes of how the trip was described but time was quite limited. Added to that the meeting point was non-descript, it did not say that there was an underground bus station to meet at, yet our app showed us as being in the right place. I have used GYG on many occasions and have not encountered this before and to be honest this was quite stressful as we were there in plenty of time yet thought we had missed the trip. ☹️★

Great day trip from Bilbao. Borja was an amazing guide and driver, perfect english communication and very knowledgeable. Great history and beautiful views along the way. Gaztelugatxe was breathtaking but Bermeo and Gernika were surprisingly beautiful and so full of history too. If you’re in Bilbao you cannot miss it.★

Highly recommend this trip! Adur was an excellent guide, really friendly and knowledgeable. The activities themselves were well organised and fun - the hike being the longest activity, a quite short stop at Mundaka for lunch and then a longer walking tour in Guernika. The hike was well paced and Adur let us make our way back down in our own time - as it was a hot day and a steep walk back up the hill, this was greatly appreciated as didn't felt too rushed (whilst also keeping to time!). Highly recommend this tour if you want to learn more about Basque history and get to see some amazing views. For the hike/walk you need good shoes and a moderate level of fitness, but it's not too hefty.★

The hour-long cruise takes you to the city's highlights (obviously those overlooking the waterfront). The free audio guide is interesting, but headphones are a good idea. The restrooms and bar on board are very clean. I'd do it again, but at 50% of the price, after all, you only cover a few kilometers round trip.
