If you do not receive contact from the driver within this time frame, please email service@routortravel.com, and a dedicated representative will assist you. ā Additional Fees (Payable in cash to the driver on the day of service): 1. Overtime Fee: ⢠Fees will apply for time exceeding the base duration. For 5-seater vehicles, the charge is TWD 300 per 30 minutes; for 9-seater vehicles, it is TWD 350 per 30 minutes. *Applies to trips starting before 7:00 AM or ending after 10:00 PM. *Please note: Overtime fees will also apply if delays are caused by traffic control or congestion.

ā² *The daily mileage limit is 150 km. If the total mileage exceeds the limit by 1ā20 km, an additional TWD300 will be charged. If the total mileage exceeds the limit by 20ā40 km, an additional TWD600 will be charged. *If the passenger fails to show up on time: The driver will wait for 10 minutes before leaving, and the booking will be treated as a no-show. Passengers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason. If the passenger still requires the service, the waiting time will be included in the total trip duration. *Child safety seat fees: - 5-seater vehicle: 1 safety seat is provided free of charge (only 1 seat can be placed in a 5-seater; if 2 seats are needed, please book a 9-seater). - 9-seater vehicle: 1 safety seat is provided free of charge.
