We received our card very quickly after landing, right next to the station entrance. We got there quickly. The card already has money on it, so you don't have to worry about topping it up. Very convenient.

If you go down to the 2nd basement level from Terminal 2, there is an exchange area before you enter the MRT platform. It is very convenient as you can access all subway lines from there.

This was my first visit to Taiwan. I used the Taipei Unlimited Pass on the second and third days of my 3-night, 4-day solo trip. On the second day, I went from Taipei to Houtong to enjoy the cats, then strolled through the retro streets of Shifen and released lanterns, strolled through the retro streets of Jiufen and enjoyed taro balls, returned to Taipei to get a pineapple cake, and got a Longhu Night Market cup in Ximending. On the third day, I went to Taipei, explored the zoo, took the cable car to Maokong, visited the National Palace Museum, visited Taipei 101, and returned to Taipei. It was my first time in Taiwan, but thanks to the pass, I was able to visit many different tourist spots at a great price, making it the best trip to Taiwan ever.

Pick up point for collecting the tickets is a bit confusing, but anyhow after getting it is very convenient and you can keep the cards as your tokens of memories.
