Well organized. Hiking in the gorge was over loose rock so it was very helpful to have the rented hiking poles that the guide offered. Good that we could go at our own pace and meet up at the designated spot where you could have lunch or a drink while waiting for slower hikers.

Loved this tour! Thomas, the guide was superb! He gave us lots of information about the area, itinerary and what to expect on the walk. We were able to rent sticks for 5 euros, which I would highly recommend as they really help going down over the rocks. The walk is challenging but the scenery inside the gorge is outstanding. We had 3 hours, it would have been nice to just have slightly longer (30 minutes) to really be able to enjoy the views. Thomas was great and stayed near the back, checking that everyone was okay. After the gorge we went onto a local coastal village, which was lovely. We had 2 hours - slightly too long for us, as there was not a lot to do there, but we did enjoy tea and cake. Overall an excellent tour and well worth the money.

A wonderful trip. Our driver-guide, Nektarios, was simply wonderful, sharing a wealth of information throughout the trip and answering questions. He was extremely welcoming and cheerful. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Perhaps we would have liked to have had time to stroll by the lake; 30 minutes would have been plenty, but on the other hand, the view from above the lake truly showcases the natural beauty.

Kostas was such a hospitable and knowledgeable guide. A source of all things historical and cretian we were impressed by his communication, attention to detail and general care for our experience. I would highly recommend Kostas whatever your needs may be as he was able to customize eveything to our needs; make recommendations and changes as needed and on the fly. We stopped at the most wonderful local taverna in herklion during our travels and really were able to maximize our short time in this beautiful place. If you’re thinking about booking Kostas and his team don’t think anymore and book! Thank you!

The trip was excellent. Five stars wouldn't be enough. Even though we don't like organized trips in large groups, I recommend this one. It was more like a trip with friends. Nicole is incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. She took great care of her guests. We saw more than we expected, and everything took place in a peaceful, unhurried atmosphere. Thanks also to the driver, who navigated the mountain windings as gently as possible.

Absolutely fantastic experience with great staff, definitely recommend it and definitely do it again. No pressure to ride fast or bad, gentle, safe and good pace with guys at the front and back. We stopped at the caves and that was very interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed it :)
