You have to know which lounge you are booking since there is quite a few. And you have to wait for the booking confirmation so you should give time for the confirmation process. We purchased the ahlan lounge near gate B26. Adequate lounge but only has 2 bathrooms. Can be quite full during peak times. Food we had was during breakfast. Breakfast selection quite small but the potato croquette very delicious. Has seats like sofa which you can lie down but again, may be full during peak times.

The tour was amazing! We really enjoyed the dune bashing experience and all the activities included in the tour. Everything was fun, well-organized, and worth it. Our driver/tour guide, Hamza, was very kind, friendly, and accommodating throughout the trip, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed the whole tour and highly recommend it!

The trip was very well organized, the crew was friendly and competent, and the boat was clean and well-maintained. The food and drinks were plentiful and tasty. Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats for all passengers, and not enough tables to put food or drinks on. The trip through the marina, along Palm Jumeirah to the Burj Al Arab, was beautiful. The music was too loud and intrusive. Overall, it's a recommended trip.

In my opinion, the Sunset Night Tour started 30 minutes too early, meaning we only got to enjoy the sunset 30 minutes before the tour ended, and therefore the night tour aspect was somewhat lacking. But it was still lovely.

I enjoyed the autumn cruise. It featured an engaging onboard program and beautiful views as the yacht sailed. The food was excellent, with a huge selection and waiters constantly bringing dishes. There was plenty of everything for everyone. Alcoholic beverages are available for an additional fee onboard, and hookah is available.
