Got my tickets confirmed within 2 mins of booking. The ferry ride was pretty smooth and went well. The boat was well maintained and clean, with enough space for my luggage. Note that you need to pick up the actual ferry tickets from their office outside before going inside the main port entrance.★

The tour was easy on the day thanks to close communication between the tour company and the driver in advance. Because it was the end of the year, road conditions were poor, and we were unable to follow the itinerary we had received in advance, but they were very accommodating and helpful. On the way back, it took over four hours to get from Uluwatu to Umalas, but we didn't get annoyed by the heavy traffic, and the driver was driving safely throughout the trip.★

The driver contacted us in advance and met us at the port. He was very helpful and courteous. He took us to all the locations, and in the evening he suggested we visit a café with a beautiful view instead of the beach—for which we are incredibly grateful! He was careful throughout the trip, accompanied us to the sights, and took photos. I highly recommend him!★
