We traveled during the off-season, so there weren't many people, making it a small group of four. Our guide, Mr. Wang, contacted us well in advance, informing us via WeChat to bring our identification and the meeting time, and that he would pick us up from our hotel. The driver drove smoothly the whole way, and Mr. Wang provided detailed explanations, introducing the culture and folk traditions of Huizhou. Because I had just come down from Huangshan, my legs were sore and I couldn't keep up with the group, but everyone was very accommodating, patiently explaining things while waiting for me.
