This hotel is convenient for transportation on the side of Matsuyama City Station. It is the first train station, so it is convenient to take the train to JR and the suburbs. The rooms and baths are beautiful because it is a new hotel. The steam bus for women was comfortable. I chose breakfast, but there are not many menus, but there are tuna and seafood of cherry blossoms, so I made it * and it was very rich * and delicious. In addition, there was a comparison of juice drinks like Ehime, and I received ３ types every morning. In Ehime, I still served orange juice at the hotel, but it was the most delicious. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights, but I got mineral water every day without cleaning the room and didn't have to use the convenience store next door. Many of the staff were young, but I would like to use it when I go to Ehime again because I have a good job.

Laundry is free, drying is paid, and there is also a massage machine. Personally, I went to the hot springs at the Dogo Onsen annex with a coupon. I really liked the hot springs at the Dormy Inn. It takes about 5-6 minutes on foot from the airport bus stop, and nearby Don Quijote, shopping, and izakaya are within a 10-minute walk. It can be solved. This time I visited Matsuyama on a solo trip and stayed at Tokyu REI, who was taken care of in Okinawa. Matsuyama Castle and the shopping street on the Okaido are also nearby, so it is in a very good location. I was very happy to respond comfortably when I made a request for the room at the time of booking. Thanks to that, I was looking forward to check-in and was actually impressed with the room as requested. I think it was tough during the prosperity period, but thanks to your selfishness this time, I was able to make a very memorable trip. And I would like to use it when I visit Matsuyama again. I booked in Agoda and stayed for 8 nights and 9 days for 3200 yen per night. When I stayed last year, it was about 4000 yen per night, so the influence of the corona seems to be large. The advantage is that it is still a cospa. The hotel facilities are in the year, but the cleaning was well done and the front desk was polite and good. As a disadvantage, is it the year of the hotel facilities? Although there is no inconvenience, the oldness is undeniable. Then, the breakfast is a bit high. I paid extra because it was a night stay plan. I ate a lick and a potato heaven, but I thought it was a little high. As a location, there are many convenience stores around, so there is no problem with a little shopping. The supermarket was about 15 minutes walk to the Dogo Onsen area. Don Quixote was also about 10 minutes walk. It is about 5 minutes walk to the big road of the shopping street, and there are many taverns and bars until then. The restaurant was closed or closed at 20 o'clock in the corona, so there was no chance to use the drinker very much. Then get off at the airport bus Okaido station and walk 10 minutes from there. You have to cross the main street, so if you have a big suitcase, taxi may be easier. I also want to stay if I have a chance to stay in Matsuyama.

Right next door to Okaido shopping gallery with restaurants, convenience stores etc. Chose this hotel because of photos of the Skyspa - on top floor of hotel, indoor & outdoor. Especially great at night sitting in the outdoor spa looking at the city lights. Friendly staff, helpful. Beautiful, modern hotel. Easily accessible by tram from JR Matsuyama heading for Dogo Onsen. And as with many places in Japan where little Englsih is spoken - please be patient and polite

Perfect location, very nice room but the problem is the inconvenience of the car parking, as it was being park by machine parking stack style, if you have something to take on your car, you can’t immediately access it as you need the in charge to bring down your car, also they charge extra fee for the car park, 2000 JPY where as other hotel is only for free parking.

Used for relatives' legal affairs with 3 family members. I booked a Japanese-style room because the price was relatively cheap, but the size of the room and the content of the breakfast were good for the price. Especially, it was not a unit bath that is common in business hotels, but the toilet and bath were separate 々, and the bath was quite good because it felt wider than the bath at home. The location was relatively close to the city center, so it was convenient. When I returned home, I thought I would be able to use it next time.

It was a parking view, but it was very clean, including the bathroom, although it was not large, and the USB port on the bedside was convenient for charging the smartphone. Also, the amenities dripping coffee and empty refrigerator were good. The room had slippers and snow dags, and I liked the beach sandals, and I was comfortable with snow dags that were not resistant to walking outside. The public bath on the top floor was healed with a clean open-air bath with a good view. I went to 6:00 for two days from 6:00 in the morning, but I think it was good to open a little earlier because it was quite crowded. Breakfast was the same for two days, but there were so many original options that I never got tired. Uwajima slices, tofu and French toast were especially delicious and I ate too much every morning. The dinner hall was very nice in the place where the Noh stage was seen with a bonfire. The cherry blossom bath feels good because it draws the same hot water as the total hot water. It was comfortable with a large rock bath. The sake bar and the sweets bar on the bath were good. I felt that the employees were always careful. Next, if you go after the road, it is an inn that you want to use.

Very disappointed to be writing this review... Firstly, their website is dreadfully dated and their booking system puzzling, even comically so. It almost feels like using the Wayback Machine... I tried booking five or six months in advance and so I wrote to the hotel to express my excitement for both coming back to Imabari where I once lived and worked teaching English in 1999, and also that I had always wanted to stay at the hotel, as I actually lived directly across the road from the hotel and always thought it so exclusive and luxurious-looking, and it was the talk-of-the-town back in '99 when they were still very new. I was willing to pay a substantial room rate for a Tatami Suite (approx. ¥30,000 per night for three nights) however was advised that they were sold-out for my desired dates-of-stay in March 2023. What irked me is that no alternative accommodation options were offered, despite there still being availability on third-party websites such as *********** and ******* for other room types, and there was no acknowledgment of my excitement and enthusiasm for wanting to be a guest of theirs' after so many years, or for any disappointment caused. This is terrible service, and not exactly what one would call 'growing the business' to reject a potential guest despite having other rooms and suites available to sell. We instead booked ourselves a wa****su (traditional Japanese tatami room) at Hotel Kikusui Imabari down by the port, which was cute, comfortable, clean, and looks to have had recently had a refurbishment of their guestrooms as the bathrooms while small were nice and new. The cost of this room was also about a third of what the Kokusai Imabari Hotel asks for their Tatami Suites as well. I still wanted to go to the Kokusai Imabri Hotel however and at least see their gardens and lobby, pick up some Imbari towels from the official store at the front entrance, and have breakfast in their restaurant. The lobby is very nice and it does have the grandeur of a Japanese hotel trying to be a European hotel without being tacky or dated, and it does appear that they have recently cleaned all the chandeliers (I'd read other reviews and this seems to have been a first impression for a lot of guests, so this was a nice surprise to see them dust-free). We had a look at the gardens outside and they were very nice and maintained as to be expected with Japanese gardens. So why the 1 star review? Well, we wanted to treat ourselves to what we thought would be a five-star breakfast. We were told to go upstairs to the mezzanine level and we met a nice lady staff member who advised that breakfast would be roughly ¥2,400 per person. No problem, that's fair for a good buffet breakfast. We were then however lead into a huge banquet hall with only a couple of dozen guests dining, which made it feel even emptier and more like a school cafeteria rather than a classy restaurant. We then went to the buffet and it seems that none of the bain mar

Truly excellent facilities. My friends and I were so impressed. It’s a hostel but you do get private spaces, basically giant cubicles with blinds and curtains to give you some privacy. Facilities were basic, but exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well, despite seeming quite busy. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is that the perfect hostel is still a hostel. You get people talking late into the night keeping you up with their mumbling. You have people snoring. It’s nothing the hostel can really do anything about, but it’s something to bear in mind.

Because it was a high season, I stayed for the first time without being empty. First of all, I was surprised that there was no parking lot. Did the arrival become late, or the city parking lot was full and there was no parking lot. I was scorned because it was the first time this was done. I stopped there and went out early in the morning because there was only a coin parking without the maximum fee. Because it was a consecutive night, I returned to the hotel early the next day and secured the parking lot in the hotel. The room was peeled off the wallpaper near the window, full of mold, and the curtain was moldy. The packing of the door of the unit bus is also full of mold. It was not a habit of purity, but it was bad. The air conditioner can only be selected for two choices: extreme cold or hot. I think the location of the bed is funny. And I was surprised by the thinness of the wall. The sound of the next room sounded like the sound of the room I was staying in. On the second day, it seemed that the child was staying in the room next door or somewhere, and I continued to cry all night and could hardly sleep... I thought it would be a little better because it was a big one, but it was amazing. I stayed with my physical strength because it was not sightseeing, but I was tired. The good thing was that breakfast was good for free and the staff were very good people. There are some hotels like this, and it may be good to stay in half of the interesting.
