Zakkushi on Carlton Review

Today I went to try a Japanese-style skewers restaurant introduced by a colleague. It seemed to go to Japan. I was so happy and hot. I personally felt that the shrimp was roasted really well. After the roasting, the aroma of the shrimp meat was more prominent. It was very cool to eat. We ordered several servings.

Zakkushi is self-positioned as a "Japanese chicken skewers izakaya". One of the features here is the use of white charcoal barbecue, white charcoal is more suitable for barbecue, especially roast chicken. The chefs found that white charcoal adds a unique flavor to the chicken, and other types of charcoal can not be achieved.

We tried this place on Sunday. The overall environment and atmosphere were great and it felt like we were actually in Japan! They only accept credit or debit cards (no cash). The food was good. We tried a lot of strings on the menu, including beef and beef. My favorite is scallops and chicken.
