圣天湖，以前叫胜天湖，位于重庆北碚区境内，是上世纪70年代近万民工，经过将近10年的艰苦奋斗，以21人的牺牲，70余人伤残为代价修筑而成的；是巴蜀大地少有的高山人工湖泊；是中国“人定胜天”的历史见证，湖泊也因此而得名。所以，今天圣天湖不仅是一处可供市民游览之地，也是一处承载那段难忘岁月的地方。一年前我们曾经来过，当时这里在维修，没能进来看看，今天再次来到这里，却发现已经有了很大的变化。今天虽然是阴天，当我们来到这里时，首先还是被这里的美丽景致所吸引。伫足湖边，举目环顾，只见翠绿的翠竹、碧绿的湖水映入眼帘，真是养眼怡心！我们站在大坝上，领悟着“圣天之水天上来，润泽良田千万倾”的重大意义，不由佩服伟人毛主席早在1934年就发出了“水利是农业的命脉”的号召，真的是高瞻远瞩，务必英明！我们漫步于沿湖一条步道，犹如行走在竹海之中，本来有些闷热的天气，顿时觉得凉爽起来。望着碧绿的湖水，不时阵阵微风吹过，凉爽宜人，赞叹圣天湖真是一处避暑疗养、踏青休闲的好地方。之所以这次感叹圣天湖的变化，是因为这里的湖水现在已为一级饮用水源保护区，禁止钓鱼、划船、游泳、露营等违法行为。这就使得游人来此后，再不能深度游览了！通过询问当地人的口诉，结合以前做路书了解到的情况，圣天湖其“景幽、水绿、瀑高、石怪”的特色，已再难以全部体验。尽管这里依然是湖湾曲折、湖光秀丽；依然是湖堤大坝巍然屹立，且具巧夺天工之姿，但无不遗憾的是，由于不能乘船了，那“狮子岛”的林木葱郁，那“一线天”的山岩壁立，怪石穿空等奇特景象，还有那个“三元洞”的神奇传说都已无法再去体验，深感遗憾！而且据说位于圣天湖上游不远的一条支流内的滴翠峡内，青翠欲滴，最适合徒步旅行者穿越探险……走进大自然，就像走进了一个梦幻多彩的世界。倾心于湖光山色之中，你才能感受想象力的强大，领悟到美的神秘所在。我喜欢走进大自然，喜欢它的春夏秋冬；喜欢它美的物景、美的情趣、美的语言，因为它能使我忘记城市的喧嚣，获得一片宁静，尽享静谧人生。
