The service was exceptional and the food was good. My family of 4 spent about $150 excluding tip eating crab soup, 2 spider rolls, 1/2 dozen oyster Rockefeller, 1 tuna roll, 2 cesar salads, french fries and macaroni and cheese. Yes, expensive.. but exceptional service overlooking the wharf and the Jefferson Memorial seemed worth while

    5/5Outstanding

My wife and I ate here early, like 5pm which is not our norm but we had a private tour at 7. We were the only ones in the restaurant and which felt a little weird, but that wasn't their fault. However, I loved the East-West menu choices with one side Asian inspired with the other being American cuisine. The food was fantastic and the serve impeccable as you would expect from a Mandarin Oriental location. The hotel is a little off-the-beaten-path, but anyone looking for a fine dining experience that they probably wouldn't expect to be amazing, this is your place.

    5/5Outstanding

Restaurant is in Mandarin Oriental Hotel in SE DC area near L'Enfant Plaza and is easily the best restaurant in this part of town by far. Very well laid out door fining area and option for outdoor dining if weather is right. Good selection is excellent and diverse and was very good. Tuna tacos in particular were some of best ever tried. Pretty pricey for what you get but a very good overall dining experience.

    4/5Excellent

I arrived at the Mandarin Oriental a day in advance of a program I was managing and had dinner in Muze. The food was delicious, if a bit pricey. I had the black cod, that was cooked perfectly. Service was attentive and pleasant.
