Museum Nasional Review

The National Museum of Jakarta is located in the center of Jakarta, with many attractions nearby, Independence Square, Presidential Palace, etc. Originally planned to go in and visit, unfortunately, maybe our time is wrong, temporarily can not sell tickets. The white exterior is very beautiful, European-style.

the collection is great but the curation needs a lot of improvement for people to understand

The National Museum of Indonesia This museum is a local national museum. This museum has also won a category of the local first prize. It looks good, and the exhibits inside are also very precious and worth visiting.

a great place to wonder and sightsee, the museum is very clean, well put and neat. staffs were also friendly. the toilet is also clean but the escalator was off when i visit and some area were dark.

The museum consists of old and new buildings. The path starts from the old building in the form of a large colonial building and is still maintained well. There are various galleries according to the items on display, from jewelry, clothing, weapons, language and other culture styles. The atmosphere inside the museum looks cozy, cool and spacious. Each display is beautifully arranged and presented in a large cabinet and display cabinet with explanations in Indonesian and English, the next route is to enter the new building. There are five floors to explore. The trail is very long, about an hour. There are various exhibits related to indonesian history.for the first to fourth floors,you can use escalators up and down.while the fifth floor uses the elevator,the facilities are quite good,there are bathrooms on every floor in the new building.there is a coffee shop in front of the downstairs.there is parking in the basement.overall good.
