购买的携程菲利普岛一日游产品，下午会去到考拉保育中心，门口有个小型展览，介绍卡拉宝宝只有一颗豆子大小，一天桉树叶的食用量等等，了解下考拉的小知识。进去后是户外的步道，这里一共有十只野生卡拉，我们找了半天才看到八只，有的睡在很高的树上，有的睡在低处可以近距离看，但重点是都在睡，一坨坨超级可爱，园区里还能看到蹦蹦跳跳的袋鼠。

考拉是去澳大利亚必看的动物，也特别可爱，深受各个年龄段的人的喜爱。考拉保育中心是我们在菲利普岛的第二站，之前已经换过通票所以直接从入口检票进去了。里面的景色比较好，有很多很多树，毕竟小可爱们平常是在树上呆着的。进入考拉区，里面的平台被架高，方便游客们近距离观察考拉。不过园区里面的考拉普遍不太好找，而且大部分都在睡觉。被看到的考拉周围都会围着很多人，里面也有形象的标语告诉大家不要大声喧哗，触碰考拉。相比较布里斯班的long pine，这里的考拉密度比较小，也不能像昆士兰州那样抱考拉。建议如果只经过墨尔本的朋友可以来这里观看考拉，有计划经过黄金海岸或者布里斯班的可以去龙柏抱考拉。保育中心对于初到澳洲的人来说还是不错的。
