Just went to KFC Kotahena and asked for 50 chicken drumlets and the guys at the counter were so hesitant to take the order. They just stated it would take 2 hours or so and that they cannot offer it. Perhaps it doea take 2 hours But the tone and body language just showed lack of interest to serve. Worst outlet ever!!!! Very disappointing...

    Quality needs to improve. Biriyani rice needs to be more flavoured and ingredients to be added. Fried chicken needs to be more fresh and hot at the time of serving.

    I have very bad experience with KFC delivery yesterday. They took almost 1 and half hours to deliver my food and at least they didnt hv a courtacy to say sorry. I got food around 10 45 which was ordered around 9 15. They promise us to deliver with in 30 to 45mins. When i spoke them again around 10 they said i placed the order at 9 45. I dont undersdand their service level. Never recomend to any one.
