Frederik's Church Review

Frederick Church is said to be the largest domed church in Denmark, also known as the Marble Church. It is one of the most classic Renaissance palaces in the Nordic countries. The majestic and gorgeous, people enter the inside naturally quiet.

Frederick Church (Frederiks Kirke) is known for its rococo architecture, called Marble Church, is the evangelical Lutheran Church in Copenhagen, Denmark. The church is the focal point of Frederick Stadden; it is located west of the Amerinburg Palace. Frederick Church has the largest church dome in Scandinavia, 31 meters across. The dome is supported by 12 stone pillars. The cornerstone was set by King Frederick V on October 31, 1749. After Eigtved died in 1754, the church was left incomplete for 150 years. The church was finally opened to the public on August 19, 1894. The golden words on the front porch were engraved with the following words: HERRENS ORD BLIVER EVINDELIG (The Word of the Lord lasts forever).

Frederick's Church is Denmark's largest green dome church. It is amazing to walk into the huge dome 30 meters in diameter. It has a picture of the twelve apostles of Jesus on it. The picture is very clear with a telescope. It is really very delicate. Whether from its appearance or interior decoration, the church embodies its elegance and charm.

站在阿美琳堡广场上，正西面有一座圆屋顶教堂，非常引人瞩目。可以进入参观，开放时间为10-17点，里面是巴洛克风格的装饰，通常被称为大理石教堂(Marmorkirken)，巨大的穹顶甚为壮观。该教堂是丹麦最大的圆顶教堂。1749年为了纪念奥尔登堡皇族统治丹麦三百周年开始兴建，因经费的原因，一百多年之后的1894年才竣工。围绕教堂四周的底座和上层栏杆上装饰有共32座雕像，都是圣经中的人物和著名的神职人员。教堂内部呈圆形，高大的拱顶直径有30米，高40米。拱顶上装饰有12幅描绘耶稣十二使徒的天顶画。不必专程前往，去新港后向北步行10分钟左右就到。
